ITINERARY                             

DAY 1: NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU.

Kenya Tanzania circuithttps://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/10-days-kenya-tanzania-budget-wildlife-safari/ starts with a Pick up from Nairobi Hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and be transferred to our office, you will be introduced to Budget Holiday Safaris driver guide and immediately leave for Lake Nakuru https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Nakuru. It’s a two hour’s drive from Nairobi. On the way, you will make a first stop at the viewpoint to see the escarpment .Upon arrival at Nakuru, the guide will get a picnic lunch and you will proceed directly to the park.Lake Nakuru is really known for the flamingoes and the endangered species. the black and white Rhinos. You will do the game drive till evening at around 1800hrs. Dinner and overnight will be provided in one of the below listed hotels.

DAY 2: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA.

After breakfast leave the Nakuru hotel with kenya tanzania safarihttps://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/kenya-budget-safaris/ and descend to Lake Naivashahttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Naivasha for an Optional activity at least a boat ride to watch the Birds and hippos at a close distance. Leave Naivasha via  Narok town for lunch and refuelling. Our journey deepens into the Maasai plains, upon arrival check in to your camp. We will start the first introduction game drive in the afternoon tracking various animal species and birds which inhabit here  till sunset. Dinner and overnight will be served at the hotel.

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA GAME TRACKING.

The landscape here is scenic savanna grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. A game drive to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mara_Riverwhich is a point of migration and a point to spot the crocodiles and hippopotamus. Break for your picnic lunch after viewing the hippos and crocodile. The game drive will continue till 1700hrs, get out of the park for 2hrs of optional activities. Dinner and overnight provided.

DAY 4: MAASAI MARA – SERENGETI.

If you are lucky you will witness a hunt and a kill. At 0930 am we will be back to the camp for  breakfast. The Kenya guide will transfer you to Isebania where you will meet the Tanzania guide. After immigration at the border join your Tanzania driver guide and drive to the main gate of Serengeti National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serengeti_National_Park. Registration then enjoy a game drive en-route to Central Serengeti where you will stay at one of the below tented camp.

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK GAME VIEWING.

You will Leave the camp with picnic lunches and embark on a full day game drive in this savannah grasslandhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savanna park tracking various species of animals. Serengeti is really big and your guide will be helpful in the search for many animals that inhabit here. The big five can be seen here and large groups of wildebeest, dinner and overnight at the camp

DAY 6: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER.

After breakfast and final game drive in Serengeti – we will pack and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with lunch’s en route.  Ngorongoro crater is one of the seven wonders in Africa. Dinner and overnight will be at one of the listed lodges below either at Karatu or within the conservancy area.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER – LAKE MANYARA.

After breakfast a 4×4 -wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000ft down to the crater exploring and viewing animals at a depression angle till you arrive at the crater rim, enjoy picnic lunch at the crater, ascend, and drive to Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight will be served at one of the below lodges within Lake Manyara region.

DAY 8: LAKE MANYARA – ARUSHA – AMBOSELI.

After breakfast, leave the camp with picnic lunch for a extensive game drive at Lake Manyara National park. Manyara is known for the tree-climbing lions and a large number of Flamingos. Have the picnic lunch inside the park and later drive via Arusha to Namanga Border. You will say bye-bye to Tanzania Guide and meet the Kenya driver Guide again. Proceed to Amboseli with a game drive en-route to the camp. Dinner and overnight will be

DAY 9: AMBOSELI GAME TRACKING.

A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds. Elephants and hippos bathe here in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes, and birds can be seen. You might also see Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches and then return to overnight at the camp.

DAY 10: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – NAIROBI.

Early morning game drive from 0600am to 0900am. Then we will head back to the camp for a full breakfast. We will check out and leave Amboseli national park and drive to Nairobi, we will either drop you Nairobi Hotel or transfer you to Airport to catch your flight back home.
