Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu

Our 14 days Kenya safari https://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/kenya-tanzania-safaris/ will start in the morning, where we travel by road to Kenya’s northern tourist circuit. This Kenyan adventure takes you on a scenic drive of the undulated Central Kenya terrain, filled with highland forests, and plantations. You will pass by the equator line, where you can take a few photos as you learn the importance of that imaginary line, geographically. Proceed with your journey to Samburu. Samburu National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samburu_National_Reserve has some of the rare wildlife species found in Kenya, the reticulated giraffe, grevy’s zebra, and Beisa Oryxes. The landscape here is arid and I s home to elephants, buffalos, antelopes, lions, leopards, and cheetahs, may be seen here. Overnight shall be at the Samburu Sopa Lodge

Day 2: Samburu National Park

Full day spent in Samburu Game Reserve with east Africa safari https://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/kenya-lodge-safaris/. The safari tour starts with breakfast at your lodge, and as the sun rises, we head to the bush to explore the arid plains. The giraffes wander through the trees, while the elephants romp on the shallow ends of the Ewaso Ng’iro River. The river is the source of water for Samburu. At Shaba Springs, you can also find the endangered Williamson’s lark. These are just some of the unique cast of the Samburu National Park. After your picnic lunch, your game viewing will continue until the evening, where you can go back to the lodge. Day 3: Samburu to Aberdare National Park 

Breakfast the proceed with the East Africa safaris https://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/. We will have a short morning game drive in Samburu National Park and depart for Aberdares National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aberdare_National_Park. The park is highly forested and therefore a bit hard to spot animals, on a game drive. However, east africa safaris offers you a safari experience like no other, where a few balconies of the hotel can be used to view animals in the nearby waterhole. Sitting on your balcony, you can see the elephants tromp their way to the waterhole, and other rare sightings include Giant Forest Hog, bongo, golden cat, African civet cat, and serval cat. The park forested ravines are also habitat to Black rhinos, spotted hyenas, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, bushbucks https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_bushbuck, leopards among many others.  A Kenya safari adventure at the Aberdares National Park will leave you with unique memories found nowhere else in Kenya. Day 4: Aberdare National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park

Leaving the Aberdare Mountain Ranges behind, we venture with romantic east Africa safaris through the Kenyan beautiful landscapes to Lake Nakuru National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Nakuru. This park is one of the most beautiful parks in East Africa, is known for its large population of bird species as a rhino sanctuary. The black and white rhinos can be found here, and the Rothschild’s giraffe. The park is unique, not only in Kenya but in Africa as well, with the biggest euphorbia forest, yellow acacia woodlands, and picturesque landscape. Over 56 species can be found here, including the waterbucks. Upon arrival, you can have a short game drive or just relax in the hotel as you enjoy the cool serene environment. Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara Game Reserve

We have our breakfast early at the Lodge, then enjoy an early morning game drive in the Lake Nakuru National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Nakuru  with your best East Africa Safaris. This park is widely known as a haven for birds.This alkaline lake is covered by pink flamingos on its shorelines; eagles soar out on the sky, with storks and pelicans wading in the shallow parts of the lake. The endangered black and white rhinos plod out from the bushes, buffalos and giraffes stand against the trees and lions can be seen on the tree branches as well. Later we will exit the park and start our journey to Masai Mara Game Reserve https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maasai_Mara, whereupon arrival; we can have a short game drive-time permitting, before retiring to our accommodation. Day 6: Explore the Wonders of Masai Mara

Day 7: Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park

We have an early breakfast with a short game drive en-route to Amboseli guided by East Africa Safari . We will have a stop on the way, along the scenic routes and to have lunch. We arrive in Amboseli https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amboseli_National_Park in the evening, where you will check-in to your lodge, for a rest, and dinner. Day 8: Amboseli National Park Full day

A full day of game drives in this park with a classic East Africa https://www.budgetholidaysafaris.com/8-days-kenya-tanzania-wildlife-safari/ Safari  will showcase the large numbers of wildlife easily found bathing in the swamps found here. Amboseli National park gives a beautiful safari experience and breath-taking scenery as you watch the elephants https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elephant and buffalos roam at the base of Mt Kilimanjaro. Apart from the elephants; you will also encounter cheetahs, Zebras, hyenas, and many others. You will have your picnic lunch in a shade in the park and then continue with the afternoon game-viewing. Day 9: Amboseli National- Park Arusha

Day 10:Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, leave with packed lunch and descend 600m into  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ngorongoro_Conservation_Area for a 6 hours game drive. Ngorongoro Crater has a stunning landscape consisting of vast expanses of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Woodland, savannah forests, and highlands. This combined with a high concentration of wildlife, ranging from the endangered rhino species, the big cats, which include the lions, the elusive leopard, cheetahs, etc. and others like zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and the giant African elephants, makes it one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

we will have breakfast, then head to Serengeti via the Ol Duvai Gorge Museum https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olduvai_Gorge, where the early man appeared, a million years ago (You can make an optional visit to the museum at an extra cost of 40$ per person). Upon arrival, we will head to the Serengeti National Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olduvai_Gorge, which is widely known for the greatest wildlife spectacle, the great migration of wildebeest. Day 12: Full Day in the majestic Serengeti Plains

Our day starts early morning with breakfast and leaves for the park with picnic lunches. A full day in the Serengeti is an adventurous safari experience and does not disappoint. Perhaps the most famous fascination with Serengeti is the wildebeest migration, which flows from the south to the Northern side of the park in the months of April to June. Throughout the year, other residents of this park roam freely here, the likes of lions, leopards, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, warthogs, serval cats, and more wildlife. Day 13: Serengeti- Lake Manyara National Park

Day 14: Lake Manyara – Arusha

Early breakfast and then head to the Lake Manyara https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Manyara_National_Parka game drive in this stunning park, rich in wildlife and diverse landscape. Lake Manyara is a gem worth a stop while on a Tanzania safari tour. The groundwater forest fed by the water springs supports a rich ecosystem for wildlife such as the pink flamingoes concentrated on the lake shores, giant African elephant herds, troops of baboons, giraffes, hippos, and birds like the Ruppel’s Griffon, Peregrin Falcon, Augur Buzzard, and the Verreaux’s Eagle. Lake Manyara National Park is also widely known for its tree-climbing lions and the hot water springs found here. This park offers a comprehensive Tanzania safari tour experience. Later we drive back to Arusha, upon arrival, you will be transferred back to Nairobi.
