Safari Overview

Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater

Depart in the morning for Ngorongoro Crater with lunch en-route. Upon arrival we have an afternoon game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is world’s most renowned biggest intact caldera, sheltering one of the most astonishing wildlife havens in the world. We descend in to the 600m deep crater in search of its local cast of residents such as zebras, lions, wildebeests, buffalos and hyenas thriving in the Crater area. Dinner and overnight will be at the Simba campsite.

Day 2: Ngorongoro- Lake Manyara

We have a hot breakfast and leave with picnic lunches to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, we begin our quest, looking out for the famous tree-climbing lions found here. The park is also home to over 400 species of birds, including the cormorants, storks, herons and pelicans, providing a beautiful bird watching experience for bird lovers and even the reluctant birdwatchers. The jungle-like forest hosts troops of baboons, lounging on the mahogany trees and scamper towards your safari vehicle. In addition to the bird life, elephants, wildebeest, large buffalos, giraffes and zebra herds roam around on the grassland plains. The incredible diverse ecological system in this park supports a rich wildlife experience, giving a compact game-viewing of the Tanzania safari experience.
